Prefix and Suffix in DG Master

Dear Experts,

I am creating DG master, but  I am unable to see the prefix and suffix in DG master table after filling.

Please find the screen shots.

Here in the second screen shot, the prefix and suffix is not getting reflecting.

Request you to please help out this scenario.
