Hi Experts .
Please advise if there is any possible way to fix this issue .Find the attached Screen shot .
Here in the below screen shot error message tells as below.
Adobe Reader could not open 'reshfil0.WWI' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged(For example,it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)
This error happening for the particular user id only and we checked the roles for that user also but no clues what went wrong.
