Migration historic data into Medical Service

Hi All,

We're developing program, which input mass data into each tab of medical service(having transaction code, EHSAMBTAET).

The purpose of the tool is migration of historic data.

We have been already examined method using transaction recorder

but, it was not possible to record when inputing data in "diagnosis" tab because of ALV component

We need any method to upload data. eg. BAPI, function etc.

Can you let me know how?
